BODY NUMERAL

Editorial policy

How Body Numeral selects sources, explains limitations, and corrects calculation content.

Use the original source

We prefer published studies, government reference tables, and authoritative measurement guidance. Each calculator links to the sources relevant to its method. We state population limits and separate source findings from product choices.

Separate arithmetic from health advice

Reference tests check whether the code implements an equation. They cannot show that a predicted result is accurate for you. Converters and calorie scenarios show arithmetic, not personal nutrition recommendations. No clinical review or medical endorsement is claimed for this release.

Make changes visible

Saved results retain a formula version and source inputs. A future equation change must receive a new version. Changes to measurement sites or methods should start a separate comparison series. Content dates change when the content is checked or revised, not merely to appear recent.

AI assistance and accountability

AI assisted research, writing, and implementation. Source checks and arithmetic checks are documented, but they are not a substitute for review by a qualified clinician. We publish limitations beside the result and do not invent expert authors, reviews, ratings, or testimonials.

Report a concern

If an estimate is unexpected, first compare its units, raw inputs, measurement site, and source method. Keep a local export if you want a reproducible record. Use qualified professional advice when a result could affect a health decision. This release has no public submission form; do not send private medical information through unrelated channels.
